Fabulous. Vet loved it had never seen one before!!

Very sturdy and strong cage. I was Apple to put together by myself in a couple of hours. I had one hole that wasn’t drilled out all the way, but I was able to use my drill and pop it out. My dog loves it. I added a board to the top to make it look more like furniture.

Absolutely perfect! Couldn’t be happier with my choice…the “roof” effect is really cute…like a playhouse for dogs and allows more room for taller pooches. Love the small lower door for food placement, the roof which opens up, and the wide planks on the floor for “doggie paw” comfort. My friend also got a heavy duty dog crate (different brand) for her pit, saw mine and was jealous for all the reasons I mentioned. Thank you for offering such a nice crate.
Judy

Working wonderfully for my dog as she had a wound on her front leg that needed protection. She accepted it easily and seemed very comfortable with it and slept comfortably with it

We've had a lot of dogs over the years who needed a cone. Spay, neuter, or biting issues. This is the best design we've seen. Softer than the stiff, plastic ones. When we picked our dog Gizzy up today
at the vet after his snip-and-drain, everyone in the office wanted to
know where we got this unique, plush cone. We gave them the Lilly and Max website.
Gizzy's cone got held up in LA, CA during the recent protesting...I messaged Lilly&Max, got a response almost immediately from Jing W. with all the info on the hold up and reassurance that he would send me another cone ASAP at no charge. It came perfect timing, just in time. I messaged Jing what I should do when I get my first ordered cone. Again, he responded very quickly and gave me two options, keep it or donate it. NICE, either way.

First we purchased the 2xl. Our sweet girl has a long snout. Had to buy the 3xl. It was a little too big but she couldn’t get to her stitches. We need a 2xl+. HA! Anyway the good/best part about as we call them, the rings of Saturn, our girl was comfortable wearing them and slept well with them on.

I absolutely love these crates they are great quality and look so good in our dogs room

My small dog loves the crate. I was a little apprehensive since I’ve heard you should not have a too large of a crate for a small dog. He feels safe and has plenty of room to get comfy!

I was looking for a crate option that is taller than standard sizes. My pup full-grown will be tall and I don’t want him having to duck his head if he stands up. So far I love this crate. It is really big and that’s what I wanted. He likes to stretch out and he has plenty of room to do that. He will go lay inside on his own sometimes. So he approves! We didn’t need one for anxiety or anything. Simply wanted the extra space and also something that looks nicer than a traditional crate. I like that it sort looks like a house. It was very well packed on arrival and wasn’t too difficult to put together. But it does require 2 (or 3) people as the pieces are large and heavy. The directions were lacking instruction, only pictures. Took some thinking but we got it together. It’s super sturdy and looks nice.

Over the years, I have tried EVERYTHING out there for my 14 year old spaniel mix - various cones, sleeves, etc... This is the best. It's so soft, so light, allows her to drink and sleep comfortably. So thankful to have finally found something that works that is also comfy for her. She is 16 lbs. and her neck measured 11", the medium works - I just can't snap the tightest/smalled snap, but it stays on well regardless and is the perfect length to keep her from getting at her feet and legs.

no more destruction! my dog has major separation anxiety and has been tearing up our house. she has busted out of two wire crates we have bought her except this one. This kennel is as sturdy as a jail cell. Easy enough to put together. Over all of you have a strong dog that doesn't like a wire kennel, I would highly recommend giving this one a try.

Gentle Giant English Mastiff Puppy loves her palace. We installed a safety gate in less than 5 minutes to make it puppy size. She will grow into her crate quickly and didn’t want to change her special place in 6 months - so chose the size that suits her breed. She loves her crate, and we love its architectural style!

My corgi had a horrible neck injury. She got bit and ended up with antibiotic resistant bacteria inside the wound. Her skin around the bite died and she had to have surgery to remove all of the dead and infected tissue. With over 50 staples in her neck, we couldn't put her in a cone because it would rub on the staples. The donuts didn't work either. Some how I stumbled on this Victorian collar. It was the perfect answer. She wasn't restricted, couldn't scratch, and it didn't rub or leave her with hot spots. She had to be in this collar for nearly a month. It never bothered her.
Regarding size, you should definitely measure before you buy. The size we needed is not what I would have ordered if I hadn't taken measurements.
I can't recommend this product enough.

This crate/keelnnel is so wonderful. It’s heavy duty, comfortable, easy to move and keep clean, spacious, and allows my high anxiety the ability to feel integrated with my other dogs when I am away! Love and highly recommend.

Finn has an issue where he pulls out his own fur. We had a cone and for a 2 yr old he did not want to play. Now that we got him the watermelon, he RUNS and plays with his little friends!
Thank you!!!
